Shipping & Delivery
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery Timeline
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Non-Metro / Remote Locations: 4–8 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Partners
We work with reliable third-party courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your Sonrisa products.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout.
- Free shipping offers, if any, will be mentioned on the website or during promotions.
Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email or SMS to monitor your order status.
Order Tracking
After dispatch, tracking information will be shared with you. You can track your order using the provided link until it reaches your doorstep.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare products, we follow a strict quality and safety policy.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered, except in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged
- Product received is defective
- Incorrect product delivered
Return Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided
- Unboxing video or clear images may be required for verification
Requests that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.
How to Raise a Return Request

- Order ID
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Clear images or unboxing video (mandatory for damage/wrong item cases)
Our support team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days after approval
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error is from our end
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Orders placed during clearance or special sale (unless damaged)
